Today I want to share with you my view of fat. I like fat, but not man-made! I like good fat. Why? Because our body is designed for fat metabolism. If you transfer your body from this natural fat metabolism to unnatural carb metabolism, 100% you get problem with your health. It's just a matter of time!

So provide yourself with good knowledge and use your brain, listen to your body and be sure that the quality of life is guaranteed!

So what are the good fats?

They are: Coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, nuts, seeds, ghee/butter, grass-fed beef/lamb and fish oils. But remember all they should be Natural/Organic! Eat them as much as you can as I know you can't eat too much fat! One more thing, nuts & seeds, oils should be raw!

I believe that most of us think that fats make them fat! It's not true! Carbs and man-made fats make it! What's the difference between natural good fats and unnatural man-made fats/tasty junk foods? You should know our body can't accept man-made foods, they are foreign to our body and our immune systems treat them as foreign invaders! Our cells membranes are altered, mutated!

That is why you will face health problem if you continue eat these man-made fats/junk foods. The man-made fats contains a lot of pro- inflammatory Omega-6 instead of anti- inflammatory/antoxidant Omega-3. We need both of them, but should maintain healthy Ratio 2:1 (Omega-3:Omega-6). Man-made fats have this ratio 1:30

How to avoid degenerative diseases?

So you can easily understand why we have so many degenerative diseases like CVD, HBP, Arthritis, cancer, autoimmune disease and many! Because we eat too much man-made foods (sugar, carbs, vegetable oils, margarine, etc.). So to be healthy as we are born with the right to live a healthy life, avoid these man- made foods and try to find natural/organic foods. There is no diet! We should eat everything from the Nature. Our body is very smart and our body will select what he needs!

Be with Nature, don't fight with Nature!
