As a successful businessman, I worked, as they say, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and had bad eating habits. Up to 44 years there were no serious health problems. I worked hard, traveled a lot, enjoyed myself a lot.
But, sooner or later, there comes a time when you need to pay for past deeds, and my time has come when I turned 48 years old. This time I had to go to another doctor despite the fact that I myself am the owner of a doctorate in medicine, Ph.D. The following problems were found: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, a high level of lactic acid, which caused serious joint pain, I could not even move.
It's a long story ... After some major changes in my life, one day I decided that I should completely change my life, and I did it. I closed my business and began to look for a solution to improve my health and family health.
After 2 years of hard work and experiments, finally, I was able to work out a combination of natural approaches, which I now recommend to my patients so that I can enjoy a healthy life without drugs.
I combined Western medical knowledge with Japanese eating habits and concluded that only Nature can help us, and the knowledge of our inseparable connection with Nature decides how long we will live in this unhealthy environment.
