Yeast infection called Candida albicans

Yeast infection called Candida albicans

Another possible cause of discomfort is a yeast infection called Candida albicans. Symptoms of a candida overgrowth include changes in your stool, constipation or diarrhea, bloating, gas, and stomach or intestinal cramps. These symptoms are similar to symptoms of colities, IBS, and Crohn's disease.

So how do you treat a chronic yeast overgrowth?
  • The first step is to eliminate all carbs (sugar, grains, beans, sweet fruits, man- made oils for 3 weeks at least).
  • The second step is to take either Nystatin or Diflucan (Diflucan wipes out the yeast in two weeks while Nystatin takes three weeks to do this job). These drugs are safe!
  • The final step is to re-promote normal bacteria that will permanently hold the yeast in check.

I recommend a high- quality, multi- strain probiotic(Del-immune pro) supplement with prebiotic (Inulin). I also recommend the highly effective for the digestive problems our Papaya leaves with our Coconut oil. Remember the combination of Papaya leaves and Coconut oil kills both candida albicans and H.pylori. Coconut oil also contributes to healing of the stomach and intestinal lining.

Worried that your heart may suffer for your stomach's good? Don't be. Medium-chain triglycerides lower the risk of both atherosclerosis and heart disease. And they have no negative impact on cholesterol levels. They improve the cholesterol ratio and increase HDL cholesterol.
