I would like to share with you regarding the truth about Cholesterol and CVD. We need Cholesterol! Why? Because Cholesterol - building block in all cell membranes, it makes Vit.D, all steroid and sex hormones, and also fat-dissolving bile acids. Life is impossible without cholesterol. But you should not listen, everybody, just listen to your body and use your brain. That will be ok.
Everybody knows about bad (LDL) and good (HDL) cholesterol. We must have both of them, but you should consider the ratio of total cholesterol and HDL and it should be below 5, better 3 to 4. And you should not think about CVD. Eat good fats and excludes all sugars, processed foods, junk foods, in one word, all man-made foods & oils and you will get this ratio.
So what are the good fats? Good fats are Olive oil, coconut oil, Avocado, Nuts(raw), Seeds(raw), eggs( organic), fatty sea fishes, organic butter and ghee, Natural beef, lamb, horse.
You should consider organic extra virgin cold press raw oils. Oils should not go under high temperature when produced. So you need cholesterol, but
